Until full payment is received, all intellectual property rights, including design concepts, remain the property of the Web Design Agency. Upon full payment, these rights are transferred to the client, excluding any third-party materials or software used in the project.

4. **Payment Terms:**
The client agrees to adhere to the payment terms specified in the project proposal or agreement. Delays in payment may result in project delays or suspension until outstanding payments are settled.

5. **Confidentiality:**
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of project-related information, including design concepts and client business details. The Web Design Agency may showcase the completed project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

6. **Browser Compatibility:**
Our web designs are crafted to be compatible with the latest versions of major browsers. The client understands that older browsers or specific configurations may impact the design, and additional work may be required for compatibility.

7. **Project Launch:**
The Web Design Agency will assist in launching the completed project. However, the client is responsible for any third-party services, hosting, or domain-related matters. The agency is not liable for any issues arising from the client’s hosting or domain services.

8. **Termination of Services:**
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations. In the event of termination, the client agrees to compensate the Web Design Agency for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. **Liability:**
The Web Design Agency is not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred by the client or third parties resulting from the use of our services, software, or deliverables. The client agrees to indemnify and hold the agency harmless from any claims or liabilities.
